Cleveland weather is looking fantastic this weekend but we need to get through today.
We're finally saying goodbye to the rain / snow mix we've experienced throughout Northeast Ohio for the last several days.
Although we're expected to stay dry with only a 20 percent chance of rain, temperatures are still cold with highs only in the upper 40s.
“We are slowly – but surely – climbing out of this October chill," says 3News meteorologist Hollie Strano. "It is still cold this morning, there’s no doubt about that, but it’s going to be a day of transition.”
Today also brings cloudy and windy conditions as Strano says sustained winds will range from 15-25 mph.
But then...
We have some big changes ahead for the upcoming weekend as sunshine returns and temperatures soar into the low 70s.
Here is your 3-day Cleveland weather forecast.
THURSDAY: Cloudy skies. Staying cold. Upper 40s.
FRIDAY: Sun with high clouds. Warmer with highs in the low to mid 60s.
SATURDAY: Sunshine with passing high clouds. Near 70.
