Lauki ka halwa| ghiya halwa|
Lauki (bitter gourd )1 kg grated
Milk Malai 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamums 3
Homemade Desi ghee 1 and 1/2 tabspoon
Crushed almonds and walnuts 4 tabspoon
Dry fruits for garnishing
Instructions.
SB se phely aik karahi mein kaddukush lauki dalain Sath hi 1 cup cheeni dal kr mix krain aur cover kr k lauki k gal y aur cheeni ka Pani dry honey tk pkain.thora sapani rhney dain Sara dry nhi krna
Aik dosray pan mein 1 and 1/2 tabspoon Desi ghee dal kr itna bhunain krain k ghee sepate ho jaye
Phir 1/2 cup Malai dal kr hlki aanch pr bhunaiye
1/2 cup baqi ka dal kr bhunaye
Crushed walnuts ya apni Pasand ka dry fruit add krain
1 tabspoon milkpowder dalain.
Akhir mein crushed badam dal kr itna bhunaiye k ghee seperate ho jaye
Crushed almonds dal kr serve krain.

Ingredients:
Lauki (bottle gourd), grated – 1 kg
Milk cream (malai) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamoms – 3
Homemade desi ghee – 1 ½ tablespoon
Crushed almonds and walnuts – 4 tablespoons
Milk powder – 1 tablespoon
Dry fruits (for garnishing)
Instructions:
Prepare Lauki and Sugar Mixture:
In a wok, add grated lauki and sugar.
Mix well, cover, and cook until the lauki softens and the sugar releases its water.
Let it cook until most of the water evaporates but keep a little moisture.
Prepare Ghee and Malai Mixture:
In a separate pan, heat desi ghee and sauté the cooked lauki mixture until the ghee separates.
Add ½ cup malai and cook on low heat while stirring.
Add the remaining ½ cup malai and sauté again.
Add Dry Fruits and Milk Powder:
Add crushed walnuts (or any dry fruit of your choice) and 1 tablespoon milk powder.
Stir and cook until the ghee separates again.
Finish with Almonds:
Add crushed almonds and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve:
Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
