Types of ABS exercises in the video:
1. Heels to Heaven: 4 sets, 12 reps
2. Flutter Kicks: 3 sets, 45 secs
3. Ab Tucks: 4 sets, 12 reps
4. Bicycles: 3 sets, 20 reps
5. Plank Knees To Elbow: 4 sets, 12 reps
6. Planks: 2 sets 30 and 45 secs
