For the second consecutive nights a mass of protesters have taken to the streets to demonstrate against alleged election fraud.

Police detained at least 250 people in the capital.
More were arrested elsewhere.

This is all centered on Sunday's national election results.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's United Russia party held on to the parliament but saw a significant drop in support.

However, opponents say even that watered-down victory was due to massive vote fraud.
Russian officials are denying any significant vote violations, but world leaders are calling for an official review.
