The Swiss National Bank release their monetary policy statement quarterly. There have been cases, when this event has resulted in a significant market impact.
The central bank announced that it will enforce the minimum exchange rate of CHF 1.20 per Euro set on 6th of September, 2011. This limit was then discontinued in January of 2015, sending the EUR/CHF rate down all the way to a parity.
