President Trump is considering a radical change to American immigration law, just ahead of the midterm elections. In an interview with Axios, the president said he wants to end birthright citizenship, which is guaranteed under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Axios CEO and co-founder Jim VandeHei joins “CBS This Morning” from Washington to discuss the interview with President Trump for the upcoming “Axios on HBO.”
