With a new release of Windows comes new preview builds! Today we will be taking a look at the Windows 10 Technical Preview, which was recently announced by Microsoft. Windows 10 combines the best of both Windows 7 and 8 to create one unique experience. It will be released later in 2015, and could possibly be free for Windows 8 users.
