Hitman sucks anyways 🗣🗣
This stage has a similar layout to the other Dragon stages, but plays out differently. Instead of surviving periodic waves of enemies and using the downtime to chip down the Dragons like the Crazed, Manic, and Li'l versions, the Malevolent has you take on a massive wave of enemies, while the dragons act as backline wall.
The traitless enemies here actually push insanely hard. On top of that, you won't be able to retake much lost ground because of the Dragons in the back. Having Hitman makes dealing with this stage much simpler, but it's doable without.
Play as aggressively as possible and make sure to double money the peons as much as possible with Bullet Train so you can finance this kind of playstyle. You want to make sure you have enough room so that you can lose it while fighting. Once R. Ost goes down, the stage loses its pushing power. All that's left is an excruciatingly slow chip game with Cyber.
