Curfew has been relaxed in Assam's Dibrugarh for 5 hours from 8 am to 1 pm, reports said. Dibrugarh has been second worst affected by the anti-CAB protests after Guwahati. Curfew was imposed after violent protests erupted on Wednesday evening after the passage of the citizenship bill i Rajya Sabha. Protesters had also attacked CM Sonowal's house in Dibrugarh. On Thursday as well a large number of people came out on streets to protest defying the curfew
