NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has admitted that former President Donald Trump's criticism about member states not paying enough to support the strategic alliance is valid. Stoltenberg conceded during a press conference ahead of an alliance meeting in Brussels on Wednesday that many NATO allies were not meeting their financial obligations.
