Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley spoke on the second day of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2018. Talking about the recent judgements given by the Supreme Court in the past two months, especially on Section 377, Jaitley said the debate around the topic had been going on for a long time. “A problem comes when while writing the judgement you get carried away.” He said curbing free speech is a problem and the fourth observation by the Supreme Court requires further debate.
