Someone left the baby gate at the joey room open.
Zara (Western Red Kangaroo joey) and Bert (Red Necked Wallaby joey) went for a little wander around the house, ending up in the kitchen, demanding a feed.
These joeys are not pets. They're wild orphans (mums hit by cars) being raised for release.
They look cute but they really don't make good pets.
