Today, I want to share my thought process as to why I decided to turn down a job offer after PA school and instead start an emergency medicine fellowship.

I will be starting at a level 1 trauma hospital November 1st.

This was a very difficult decision for me. So, if you find yourself in a similar situation, I hope this video will help.

Keep in mind, not all situations are created equal.
