🔰How is awareness created amongst employees and managers and sustained (such as having ERGs etc.)
🔰Challenges faced and addressed on this journey – what other organizations can keep in mind
🔰What can someone from the community look forward to when they are shortlisted to join any one of these organizations
🔰Any other comments / steps taken to advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights
