As the Rafale deal war continues to rock parliament, India Today has accessed documents that revealed that the Rafale fighters procured by the Narendra Modi government are Rs 60 crore cheaper than what the UPA government of what Dr Manmohan Singh had proposed to pay for them. The cost of the deal at the UPA government's time would have been Rs 1.69 lakh crore while the NDA did a deal at Rs 59,000 crores.
