12 tablespoons BBQ rub
2 large onions
1 can sliced pineapple

1 tsp achiote paste
200 ml tomato sauce
50 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp chili
0.5 tsp cumin
2 teaspoons Terrano sea salt
1 tbsp dried oregano

Baguette and toppings of your choice
