On July 10th, IPI hosted Kieran Holmes, General Commissioner of the Burundi Revenue Authority, who presented lessons and recommendations from countries emerging from conflict, while positing ways the wider international community can support the development of domestic revenue generation and revenue authority systems.
The event was moderated by IPI Director of Programs, Maureen Quinn.
