The best stats for Kyrian Harmony Arcane Mages are Mastery, Crit, then Verse and Haste (depends on distance and other factors). Other stats will vary a bit so I suggest you sim your character on raidbots.

Best legendary is Arcane Harmony, I use it on every fight.

BOSS TIMERS:
I recommend DBM or Big Wigs (I use DBM myself) with Reloe's weak aura packs. Get both.
