This is part 2 of my impromptu DJ EZ video at Southport 50. Due to timings I should have been on my way to other parts of the venue (I dash around a lot) but DJ EZ was on a roll. So I stayed as long as I could and videoed as much as I could before I moved to the next room. Even with very tired arms (my camera is not designed to take videos) I am glad I did as the session has to be seen to be believed. A great combination of old and new with great timing and flawless execution. As promised, DJ EZ at Southport 50 part 2. I am fortunate that I know many of the worlds best DJs (not just UK but also worldwide). But for all the wonderful highs and fun, many of you dance floor public aren't aware of sometimes quite a lot of politics and madness behind the scenes. In what is a very male dominated profession (and I know so many superb female djs) at times, we boys get a little tense and carried away. And that's why through it all, I have taken on myself to call out moments of magic (whether delivered by friends or strangers) as I know so many people few can argue. Southport 50 was superb and I have bits and pieces I will start to locate from many of the DJs and rooms, but this part 2 (I uploaded part one months) ago really is as DJ not playing for pay, but playing for "play" - and its really good (make sure you revisit part 1 too). Enjoy !!! (Look out for my next DJ showcase).. Colin Williams www.realtimemedia.net
