Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Wednesday inaugurated the Aero India 2021 at IAF Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru. During his inaugural speech, Singh said India will be spending $130 billion to modernise the military over the next eight years. He also said India is vigilant and prepared to 'counter and defeat any misadventure'. India has been locked in a stand-off with China in Ladakh since last year.
