A leading lawyer, Raghunath Tyagi, wants his only son Akash to take interest in law, but all he is interested in is poems. He falls in love with a courtesan named Shabnam, but his father opposes the marriage, resulting in Akash leaving the house. In an unimaginable turn of events, conditions lead Shabnam in court and Tyagi as the public prosecutor. What will happen now?
