In this video, I described how to remotely shutdown or restart any computer with CMD.

Methods:
Step 1:
Open Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.
Step 2:
Write command 'netstat' and hit enter.
Step 3:
Write another command 'Shutdown -i' & hit enter.
Step 4:
Write IP address or Computer User Name
