Here's a "step-by-step" process on how I made and what I used for Toga Himiko's neckpiece.

Box Cutter
Heat Gun
Contact Cement
Wood Glue
Super Glue
White Paint
Black Spray Paint
Metallic Silver Spray Paint
Hunter Green Spray Paint
Sandpaper

To further weather the pieces I used watered down black paint and grey eyeshadow. (I need to invest in chalk). If I felt that the paint was too shiny I used a matte sealer to tone it down.
