Marines and Sailors from Company I, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment and members of the Afghan National Army, take a wounded ANA soldier to a helicopter to get medical treatment. Company Out Post Sher Garmsir District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan. 3/1 is conducting operations in support of the International Security Assistance Force. Scenes include the helicopter prepares to receive the wounded soldier, soldier is carried to the helicopter and the helicopter flies away.
