RECIPE
225g Bread Flour
25g Einkorn or wholewheat flour
4g Salt
185g Water
55g Active Sourdough Starter
10g Olive oil
TOPPING
Jalapeño peppers
Cherry Tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Black pepper
Seasalt
Chopped Walnut
Brie
etc.
NOTE:
⚠️ Bake at preheated oven 210C @ 10 mins or until lightly golden brown
⚠️ First bulk 3 hours +/- @ 28C
⚠️ If you do not have lava rocks, bake without steam using normal baking pan
