Ingredients for Singhare ki Sabji
Singhare - 500 gms
Cumin -
Red Chili Powder -
Roasted Cumin
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Salt
Mustard

Recipe for Singhara Sabzi
1) Take a kadhi, and 2 spoon ghee into it and heat the ghee properly

2) Then add mustard, and crackle them completely, when it is done then cut the singhara into pieces, and then add cumin into it.

3) Add turmeric powder, pinch of salt , 1 spoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder.

4) Now cover the lid for 3-4 minutes at low - medium flame

5) After, 3-4 minutes open the lid and check while they cook or not

6) Now again we cover the lid with a plate for 1-2 minutes to cook them completely.

7) After they cook completely , we add coriander leaves on top

8) Your dish is ready to serve with your family members, and try one time!!
