This is solution for fastboot problem in Realme mtk phone. Either you cannot do official unlock bootloader, because the device cannot boot into fastboot mode. Or bypass UBL, the devices cannot acces fastoot mode.
The process include setup enviroment, bypass UBL, fix fastboot. If you succeed, the unlock bootloader became permanent and the fastboot mode can be access again. After that and you can root your devices using patch boot or custom recovery, flash custom ROM, etc
Tested on Realme 3/ 3i/ 3s and Realme 8i/ Narzo 50 (RM6781). It also should work on any Realme phone that use mediatek soc, such as G35 RM6765 C11/ C12/ C15/ C20/ C21, Realme C3/ Narzo 10A (RMX2020), Realme Narzo 30A / Narzo 20/ 7i EU, etc. Noted for other realme type meaby you need to flash the vbmeta disabler
