Flame Shard x 1
Frost Shard x 3
Storm Shard x 3
Tattered Rag x 37
Flame Shard x 1
Cryonade Fragment x 1
Ice Bomb Fragment x 1
Galvanade Fragment x 1
Thunder Bomb Fragment x 1
Gralean Medal of Distinction x 1

Make 4 of these and each should house different spells (Fira, Blizzara, Thundara and Cura/Esuna) but you might want to tweak the recipe a bit towards the end. With the Pious's Sigil you should be able to reach 3000 magic (this is only my speculation as I have only completed 2 of these at the time of writing and my character is capped at level 25).

You can use Wicked Claws after 6 Tattered Rag if you wish to min/max magic. For me I would rather have a shield that can be used both in offense and defense. AAAND...I am very particular with numbers and cosmetics.
