"Images of the First Versions of Pampers" in 1961, Peoria, Illinois  USA, created by Victor Mills, who was inspired or came up with the idea 1956.
In 1961  P&G. researcher Victor Mills disliked changing  the clothes diapers  now newborn grandchildren he assigned fellow researchers in  P&G's Explorator Division  in Miami Valley,Ohio to look into  making better disposable diapers. They were created by researchers at P&G 
including Vic Mills and  Norma
Lueders Baker.
Firstly: The History of Pampers  is 
a story of innovation and evolution  of a frustrated grandfather to globel brand  that 
symbolizes baby care. In (1956) P&G researcher Victor Mills is inspired  to create disposable diapers after becoming frustrated
with changing his new born grandson's cloth diaper.

In 1961 large scale disposable diapers is launched after five years of research and  development.
