Plan B is an Iconic variant of the Constitutional Arms Liberty in Cyberpunk 2077.

This gold and black Liberty, with a Dex text-decal on its frame, is the signature weapon of Dexter DeShawn. Plan B has an iconic modifier that causes it to use Eurodollars instead of Handgun Ammo, and increases magazine size to 20. It also increases Headshot Damage Multiplier by 50%.

Plan B has a 10% chance to apply Bleeding, increased up to 20% at Tier 5.

The pistol can be looted from Dexter DeShawn's body at the Municipal Landfill at any point after Act I. It cab also be purchased from Herold Lowe at the EBM Petrochem Stadium if not looted from the above location.
