Lake Wakatipu Viewpoint is best for lazy people like me =D as it’s only a short walk and if you have a car you can drive right up to the top. This small unofficial viewpoint is actually located on Google Maps and lots of tour companies around Queenstown take people here as they drive out of town. But no need for a tour, you can head up here any time of the day for spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu.

Then, we headed to Coronet Peak which is just 25 minutes from central Queenstown, the modern facilities, amazing views, roller coaster terrain make it the premier winter playground in New Zealand’s adventure capital. Ying and Geny were enjoying their ski while me and ethan were busy taking photos and videos to ddly. Lol!

We had the Gondola ride to world-famous views overlooking the Wakatipu Basin and back to the main divide of the Southern Alps. The view of the mountain peak is remarkable and we are lucky enough to see the heavy snowfalls. Amazing!
