Dr Michael Kimmel, recently called 'the world's preeminent male feminist' by The Guardian, is the Executive Director of the Center for the Study of Men and Masculinities at Stony Brook University, where he is also Distinguished University Professor of Sociology and Gender Studies.
In this lecture and interactive dialogue he will engage a powerhouse of male and female leaders in a frank, public conversation about how to transcend barriers and transform perceptions about equality, masculinities and feminism.
Following introductory remarks by Professor Elisabeth Prügl, Gender Centre at the Graduate Institute, Dr Michael Kimmel will give a lecture and lead a conversation with:
