This vegetarian soup is a seasonal favorite at Panera! The creamy Autumn Squash Soup is a bisque made with fresh roasted butternut squash, pumpkin, cream and aromatic spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and curry. Panera recently reintroduced it to their Fall menu and I have the Do-It-Yourself version for you here (without the Panera price-tag).
