(10 Dec 2016) Thousands of people visited the new Europa building in Brussels on Saturday, when it was opened for the first time to the public.
From mid-January 2017, the building will become the home of the two institutions representing EU member states - The Council of the European Union and the European Council.
Around two-thousand visitors registered for the opportunity to view it before EU officials hold their first meetings next year.
