Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Feb 02 (ANI): Rescue operations are underway at the site where an under-construction building collapsed on Wednesday in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur. So far, four people have died, 18 have been rescued while 30 people are still feared trapped under the debris. As per sources, an FIR has been registered against Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Mahtab Alam who allegedly owns the property.
