400 g kale
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves minced garlic ( 0.5 tbsp)
1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp sugar
1-2 packets of nori ( I used two!)
1. Blanch kale in boiling water for about 45 seconds. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Squeeze out the excess moisture and finely slice.
2. In a separate bowl, add all ingredients for the seasoning and mix.
3. Add kale to the seasoning as well as crushing up the nori.
4. Do a final taste and add more oil, soy sauce or sugar as needed
