Former Union minister and president of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Shard Pawar has hit out at Maharashtra Governor BS Koshyari over a letter he wrote to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray regarding opening of religious places.
Sharad Pawar said while the governor is within his rights to express his views, but the language used by him in his letter to the chief minister is "intemperate" and does not "behove well" for a person holding a constitutional post.
