I flew into Málaga the previous evening and now it was time to try out Spanish high speed with my first ever ride on the Renfe Avant.

These EMUs are showing their age a little now, but they were still capable of wizzing through the Spanish countryside at 250 km/h with a very comfortable and smooth ride.
