As you can see, the left video has barely any load in it (guess you could call it unbalanced, but it only has one or two t-shirts, and trying to wash a normal load resulted in loud metallic bangs as the drum was all over the place).

After I replaced all 4 shocks with new ones (with the help of this video: [ Ссылка ]), I can now use my washing machine like it was intended. Right side is loaded with 3 pairs of pants and 7 or so t-shirts.

The machine is 6 years old, but it probably has seen some misuse and has gone through 5 moves without transportation protection. Next move I will definitely use them :).
