Check out the benefits of replacing my old V-drive belt with the Fenner Drives Power Twist link drive belt. My old belt was egg shaped and made my motor bounce at startup and shut down. It also caused a great deal of vibration.
The Power Twist Link drive belt made a HUGE improvement. Less bounce, vibration, and smoother action are just some of the benefits. This monimal investment was more than worth the outcome.
They offer it in 48" pack or by the foot. The 48" pack was more than enough for my Delta contractor saw.
All you need is a pair of pliers (needle nose worked well)
