Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup dragon fruit (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
1. Blend the dragon fruit and oat milk for 5-10 seconds.
2. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix well.
3. Wait about 3 minutes then mix again to avoid the chia seeds clumping.
4. Cover and store in the fridge for at least an hour or until a thickened consistency has formed.
