71088 turned 71001 Boisar Vasai Road - Diva DEMU train departing Boisar Railway Station for Last time, 14 October 2018. The Train will now Run with a MEMU rake of 12 Coach Composition on the same schedule.
This is because Central Railways Mumbai Division have been alloted 6 new MEMU Rakes fresh out of RCF, Kapurthala. These rakes will also be used for replacement of Diva Roha DEMU Services once the electrification till Roha is completed.
Memu Departing on 15 October 2018 as Dombivali Boisar MEMU will be first ever Memu Service run by Central Railways.
