This quirky selection may be deceivingly upbeat at first if you're unfamiliar with it. The funky nature of the Title Theme and World 1 music is undeniably positive, but if I were to make a list of the most over-the-top, in your face, and intricately programed NES music, Treasure Master would be sure to place quite high on it.

Tim Follin masterfully milks the NES sound with deep percussive effects using the triangle wave, and crams in all sorts of intense effects and arpeggios with impressive compositional skill. There's a lot to absorb here.
