biggest bfa306 surprises 😲
quite loose GG clip instead of C piston clip / cyl didnt fit case (bfa1) / clutch basket damaged after 50km = wrong material/ engine case not properly finished in general, esp xmas tree tiny 0,2&0,5mm tolerance & shock doesnt fit is "funny" / 1mm thin case walls at some spots / cylinder exhaust connector wrong material & 2 thin = spring ear bends straight away / (both sets 2020&22 bougt if not indicated diffetently) / clutch cog screw nuts loose & no screw lock (bfa1) / reed holder no screw lock / no cdi holder foreseen /
of course all these surpises are mentioned in the included sipbfa pdf guide and in the videos 😉😉
some issues you wouldnt expect from a 1400,- engine case, as every cheap one (ie LML) provides all these things - to be reworked as not done properly by the producer (at 2 bfa cases):
1) shock eye cutout 2) brake spring cutout 3) clutch cover diameter 4) xmas tree cutout. & just with the bfa1 case: 5) big bushings bore too small 6) cylinder didnt fit 7) stator plate didnt fit /= so some improvement at least
why doing something but not properly and no qualitymanagement as it seems? finishingbycostumer ole... its not the topic if its solveable or not, it is of course BUT with this price, this case should defo fly out of the box.
DIFFERENCES to a standard px engine? none in this guide
