In what has been billed as one of the largest auctions of military vehicles ever, more than eighty tanks were put up for sale in the San Francisco Bay area.
The collection was amassed over several decades by Silicon Valley engineer Jacques Littlefield.
When he died in 2009, his family donated the tanks and other equipment to The Collings Foundation.
