🇲🇾 DRAMATIC Teluk Batik, Lumut Perak Camp Site Trip | Family Fun Time Activity!
A popular campsite among the Malaysian campers and a famous picnic spot, the beach is often packed with visitors.
For avid campers interested to camp here, you have to contact the Manjung Municipal Council (Majlis Perbandaran Manjung) at this general line: 05-689 8800 for camp site reservation.
The details that would be useful for campers:
1. Site rental fee
With access to electricity: RM50 per site per night
Without access to electricity: RM40 per sit per night
2. Check in time is 1400 Hours and check out time is 1200 Hours.
3. Camp site rental fee is inclusive of 1 camp setup and 1 parked vehicle. Any subsequent parked vehicle or camp setup, a fee of RM40 shall be charged.
4. Access to toilet/shower facility shall be charged during the period from 0700 Hours to 1900 Hours.
Toilet: RM0.50 per entry
Shower room: RM1 per entry
Usage of these facilities from 1901 Hours to 0659 Hours is free of charged.
5. The area is secured and guarded.
6. For washing due to cooking activities, there are washing sinks available.
7. Muslim visitors can access to the surau facility for prayers.
There are local restaurants, food stalls and shops selling beach wear & swimming floats if you want to get a last minute grab.
The beach is generally clean where you will see municipal workers cleaning up during the day time. Should you see rubbish strewn everywhere in the early mornings, these are due to monkeys went through the garbage bags the night before.

How To Get There?
The only way to arrive here is by car. It is about 1.5 hour drive from Ipoh, Perak and about 3 hours from Kuala Lumpur. This can be a day trip visit before or after your Pangkor Island trip or Lumut trip in the state of Perak.
The beach area is more of a campsite or picnic area. You can stay at chalets or homestays nearby and drive to the beach for seaside leisure time.
