Ingredients:
4 Veal chops
7.05 oz Chanterelles
Pearl onions (a bit)
Butter piece
Parsley sprigs (a bit)
Salt
Pepper
Step 1: Peel the onions. Clean the chanterelles and cut the larger ones into pieces.
In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the veal chops on each side.
Step 2: Remove them and sauté the onions and chanterelles until the latter release their moisture.
Return the veal to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3: Serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley.
