Mikulov is a town in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
History of of its Jewish quarter dates back to the early 15th century. You can taste the heritage on the menu in Marcel Ihnančák restaurant in the Jewish quarter of Mikulov. We tasted Šoulet, pastry stuffed with duck meat and also some non-Jewish alternatives.
