Ingredients:
2 persimmons(ripe);
1 tbsp cocoa;
1 scoop protein powder;
2 tbsp yogurt.
Instructions:
Cut in half and peel the persimmons.
Blend all of the ingredients, except the yogurt. Add some water if the consistency is too thick.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Put it on a plate as shown in the video and top it with yogurt and cocoa.
