The video documents an Arbroath U3A walk in Glen Esk and Glen Effock in Angus. The walk involves a steep climb in Glen Effock onto the ridge which runs along the south side of Loch Lee. Then continues along the ridge above the loch and down to Inchgrundle, and return along the north side back to the carpark.
